The July 14 Bastille Day celebration at the French Embassy on Sussex Drive?was truly spectacular. Hosted by French Ambassador Michel Miraillet, this special event welcomed guests to the stunning grounds and began with a delightful garden party. The air was filled with the enchanting fragrance of beautiful hydrangeas that adorned the front of the exquisite art-deco building. Attendees enjoyed a range of festive activities highlighted by a breathtaking fireworks display that lit up the night sky. The evening culminated in lively dancing on the terrace, offering views of the Ottawa River. The atmosphere was vibrant with joy and camaraderie, making this National Day of France a memorable celebration in Ottawa.
