On Saturday, Oct. 26, the Westin Ottawa played host to the highly anticipated annual Fight for the Cure (FFTC), presented by Heart and Crown. This signature white-collar boxing gala, founded in 2008, unites the Ottawa community in the fight against cancer. Over the years, FFTC has raised millions for the Ottawa Cancer Foundation, funding vital supportive care programs that enhance the lives of those impacted by cancer.?

This year’s event featured six electrifying bouts, showcasing 12 local business leaders who dedicated eight months to intense training and fundraising efforts. These fighters exemplified courage and resilience as they stepped into the ring, underscoring their commitment to the cause.
With support from celebrity ambassadors like Georges St-Pierre, Fight for the Cure continues to unite the community in a powerful mission of support and awareness, ensuring that hope remains at the forefront of the battle against cancer.
